About Our Hospital

Kindred Hospital Houston Northwest and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is a 96-bed hospital treating chronically, critically ill patients with specialized care who require an extended stay in a hospital setting. With 84 long-term acute care beds, including a 12-bed ICU and five negative pressure rooms, we partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. Likewise, our 12-bed ARU is designed for people who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment or illness.
